Works where Wi-Fi does not reach
Basements, rural sites and multi-tenant buildings often have no usable Wi-Fi. With the LoRa option the P1 still reports.
Data goes straight to your cloud
The P1 talks to your platform over MQTT or HTTP. There is no middleware in between, and no third-party platform to depend on.
The meter powers it
It plugs into the P1/HAN port and draws power from there. No electrician, and no change to the meter.
The P1 sits at the meter and needs no separate power supply.
